Vladislav is a jurist at Derains & Gharavi specialised in international arbitration. He has acted in proceedings conducted under the arbitration rules of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (the ICAC at the RF CCI) as well as UNCITRAL.
Vladislav holds an LL.M. in international dispute settlement (MIDS) from the Geneva University Law School and Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and a Master of Laws and Bachelor’s Degree from Moscow State University of International Relations.
