Lennart is an associate at Derains & Gharavi, specialised in international arbitration. His areas of practice include international commercial disputes, litigation and corporate law related disputes. He has acted in proceedings conducted under the arbitration rules of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI), UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, as well as ad hoc arbitration. He has also acted in squeeze-out proceedings and post-M&A disputes as well as inquiry proceedings before the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
He holds an LLM in corporate law from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and an LLB in in Dutch law from the University of Groningen.
Lennart is admitted to the Rotterdam Bar.
