Yves Derains présidera le “ICC Institute Masterclass for Arbitrators: “Overview of fundamentals and best practices related to serving as an arbitrator“ et interviendra sur les thèmes suivants : “Relations between arbitrators“, “Role of the Chairman” et “Scrutiny of awards by the ICC International Court of Arbitration“. L’évènement, organisé par l’Institut du Droit des Affaires Internationales de la CCI, aura lieu à New York les 22, 23 et 24 février 2016.
