Adarsh is an associate at Derains & Gharavi, specialised in international arbitration. His areas of practice include international commercial disputes and investment arbitration. He has acted in proceedings conducted under the arbitration rules of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) as well as UNCITRAL.
He holds an LLB in English Law from King’s College London and a Licence and Master 1 in French Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
