Daniel is an associate at Derains & Gharavi, specialised in international arbitration. Daniel has acted in proceedings conducted under the arbitration rules of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), as well as in ad hoc arbitration proceedings. He has handled arbitrations related to disputes in the mining, banking and energy sectors.
Daniel is admitted to the New York Bar. He obtained an LLM in public international law from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an LLB from Trinity College Dublin.
