Malo is an associate at Derains & Gharavi, specialised in international arbitration. His areas of practice include international commercial disputes and investment arbitration. Malo has acted as counsel and secretary to the tribunal in proceedings conducted under the arbitration rules of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), as well as before the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Swiss Chambers Arbitration Institution (SCAI), and French courts.
Malo is admitted to the New York bar. He obtained an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar; a Master’s in Economic Law from Sciences Po Law School; and a B.A. from Sciences Po Paris.
