Mylène is an associate at Derains & Gharavi, specialised in international arbitration. Her areas of practice include public international law and investment arbitration. She has acted in proceedings conducted under the arbitration rules of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and the arbitration rules of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA). She has also acted in proceedings before the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
She holds a Master in Public International law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and a Master in International and European law from the University College Dublin.
Mylène is admitted to the Paris Bar.
