Claire is an associate at Derains & Gharavi specialising in commercial and investment treaty arbitration. In addition to advising clients during the pre-arbitral phase, Claire has acted in ad hoc and institutional proceedings conducted under the rules of the ICC, DIFC-LCIA, DIAC and UNCITRAL. Her practice covers a range of sectors, including aviation, banking, construction and infrastructure, energy, insurance, public procurement and real estate.

A national of the United States and France, Claire is bilingual and holds a dual degree in common law (J.D.) and civil law (B.C.L.) from the Faculty of Law at McGill University. She is dual qualified in New York and Paris.
