Hamid Gharavi will speak at the Sciences Po MENA Arbitration Forum. He will take part in the ISDS panel dedicated to the topic of “Investment arbitration: the highs and lows from a MENA perspective”. The event will take place in Paris on 28 November 2024 .
Yves Derains will speak on the following subject: “Réflexions sur le contenu du droit appliqué par les arbitres” at the AFA (Association Française d’Arbitrage) annual conference on 24 September 2024 in Paris.

Hamid Gharavi has been appointed to the Ad hoc Division of the Court of Arbitration for Sport for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS/CAS) on 9 January 2024.
Yves Derains will speak at the 14th edition of the Latin American Arbitration Conference (CLA) which will take place in Rio de Janeiro from 19 to 21 June 2024.
Hamid Gharavi will speak at the 3rd edition of the Italian Arbitration Day dedicated to the “Geography of International Arbitration”. The event, jointly organised by the Italian Association for Arbitration and the Milan Chamber of Arbitration, will take place in Rome on 13 June 2024.
Hamid Gharavi will be the keynote speaker at the Dutch Arbitration Day 2024 organised by the Dutch Arbitration Association. The theme of the 2024 edition is “Arbitration for the next generation”. The conference will take place in Amsterdam on 6 June 2024.
Yves Derains will be the keynote speaker of the 7th edition of the Dispute Resolution in M&A Transactions conference, organised in cooperation with the ICC International Court of Arbitration which will take place in Warsaw, Poland, on 23 and 24 May 2024.
