Derains & Gharavi is pleased to announce the launch of the firm’s standing Arbitral Tribunal platform for investment and commercial (including sports) disputes. This standing Arbitral Tribunal can be composed of one, two, or three members and includes its own ad hoc Rules of Arbitration.
