Yves Derains will speak during the ICC Institute Advanced Level Training on Production of Documents that will take place during the 13th Annual ICC Miami Conference on International Arbitration in Miami on 1 November 2015.
Yves Derains will speak on “Onerosidade excessive, caso fortuito ou força maior. O dever de mitigar danos” during the Second Pan-American Arbitration Congress organised by the CAM-CCBC in São Paulo on 26 and 27 October 2015.
Derains & Gharavi will organize together with Conventions a conference on “La réforme du système de nomination des arbitres au CIRDI” in Paris on 13 October 2015. Yves Derains and Hamid Gharavi will speak at this conference.
Yves Derains has been appointed as vice-president of the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (CAM-CCBC).
Hamid Gharavi has been appointed member of the International Arbitration Court of the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC).
