Derains & Gharavi annonce avec enthousiasme le lancement de la plateforme permanente de médiation ad hoc du cabinet pour les litiges entre investisseurs et États et les litiges commerciaux, conformément à l’engagement du cabinet de promouvoir l’utilisation de modes alternatifs innovants et efficaces de règlement des différends.
La plateforme est composée des deux associés fondateurs du cabinet et comprend un règlement de médiation ad hoc sur mesure.
