Yves Derains présidera le « ICC Institute Masterclass for Arbitrators: « Overview of fundamentals and best practices related to serving as an arbitrator » et interviendra sur les thèmes suivants : « Relations between arbitrators« , « Role of the Chairman » et « Scrutiny of awards by the ICC International Court of Arbitration« . L’évènement, organisé par l’Institut du Droit des Affaires Internationales de la CCI, aura lieu à New York les 22, 23 et 24 février 2016.
